Terms of Service for WhatsApp in AnyApp

Welcome to AnyApp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting your Meta/WhatsApp account, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
AnyApp provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools that allow businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA), handle system access tokens, and send/receive messages via the Meta Graph API as a third-party Tech Provider.
2. Meta Platform and WhatsApp Compliance
Because our Service integrates directly with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), you explicitly agree to the following:
Third-Party Terms: You must strictly comply with all of Meta’s official terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and WhatsApp Business Policies.
Account Authorization: By utilizing our Embedded Signup flow, you grant us permission to request, manage, and utilize long-lived system tokens and WhatsApp Business Account IDs (WABA IDs) on your behalf to maintain the functionality of the Service.
Policy Violations: If Meta suspends, restricts, or terminates your WABA, phone number, or Meta Business Manager account for policy violations (such as spamming), we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our Service without a refund.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
4. Acceptable Use and Spam Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or marketing materials that violate local anti-spam laws or WhatsApp Business Policies.
Transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or disrupt the security or performance of our platform or the Meta API infrastructure.
5. Fees and Payment
Subscription: Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
Meta Charges: You are solely responsible for any messaging fees billed directly by Meta for your WhatsApp Business Account usage.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your SaaS Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, or from any service interruptions, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or Meta’s policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
